How To Transfer A Call To An Acd Que?

Can you provide an example of how to transfer a call (inbound and/or outbound) to an ACD que for an agent to pick up?

In a Call Transfer module use an expression like this to specify an expression like this:

 

acd:queuename

 

eg:

 

acd:accounts

 

would place the call in ACD queue 'accounts' and that call would then be directed to agents that have a 'skill' in 'accounts'.
