SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/29/2003 12:55 PM If a path corresponding to the pressed digit is present then the playing (or recording) will stop immediately and that path will be taken. Some modems do not stop playing when a "Stop Play" command is issued to them by VoiceGuide - or their DTMF tone detection is so bad that they cannot detect DTMF tones when playing a sound file... the only solution is to try using a different modem or buy a Dialogic card... You can see whethere the modem passed on information about pressed keys to VoiceGuide and how it reacts to commands sent from VoiceGuide by looking at the Trace Log: When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call. Share this post Link to post
