SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/08/2011 11:48 PM OK, I see from title of post that you are trying to get the CallerID number of caller. CallerID on analog lines arrives between the 1st and 2nd rings. To ensure that the call is answered after the second ring please ensure that the RingsBeforeAnswer entries in Config.xml are set to 2. eg: <RingsBeforeAnswer>2</RingsBeforeAnswer> Is the CallerId is still not being received when the system is answering calls after the second ring then you should confirm whether the CallerID is being sent by the Telco on this line. This is best verified by attaching a CallerID detection device to the line. Share this post Link to post
