bleach Report post Posted 11/02/2003 10:29 AM whenever a call is finished voiceguide completely freezes and i'm forced to kill it. I also can't restart the program unless i reboot my machine. I tried to save the debug log but the event log window freezes as well, and it won't log to C:\VoiceGuideXXX, so i had to take a print screen. I could maximize the debug window to try and give you more information leading up to the end, if you need it. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/02/2003 11:31 PM Please place attached file in "C:\" and then run VG again and post the created file "c:\TapiWrapLogMMDD.txt" - we can then see better what is going on... What version of Windows are you using and what modem/card are you using? I see that the TAPI device you are using is on TAPI ID of 0 (number after timestamp) - this may be causing some problems - can you try to re-install the device (modem?) and configure VG to use the second install instance - it should then have an ID other then 0...
