Poor Sound Quality In Capture Entered Number Module

In Capture Entered Number module i checked option: Play back entered number and ask caller to confirm and VG playing poor quality prompt.

 

I use same prompts in other part of script and his quality is OK.

What format is the sound file?

 

If sound multiple sound files are concatenated (and they are when numbers are played back to caller) then all sound files must be in same format.

This includes the "you have entered the following number" and "press 1 to confirm etc." prefixes and suffixes.

 

What format are the VoiceGuide system sound files GetNbrsConfirmIntro.wav and GetNbrsConfirmMenu.wav on your system?

 

If you still have issues please post the ktTel trace capturing system startup and the call.

You're right. System prompts is 64 kbps rated and my prompts are 128 kbps. After changing transmission both files to 128 kbps VG playback prompts properly.
