Guest Ken Hare Report post Posted 11/03/2003 04:00 PM Hello, Does anyone know if the email and ftp of voice mail messages is even working? I have version 4.9.0 Professional single liscence. I had the email functioning and then it stopped. I'm not sure if this was after upgrading to 4.9 or not. In searching the forum I noticed a post that seems to indicate that the transfer of messages via FTP is not functional in 4.9.0. If this is the case I need to know so that I don't spend hours and hours reconfiguring my systems pointlessly. Thanks. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/04/2003 01:50 AM There were issues with Email and FTP in v4.9 v5.0 onwards has a completely new Email sending system - you can specify backup SMTP servers and it retries failed sends correctly. v5.1 has a completely new FTP system - it is VBScript based so that you can easily modify it's functionality.
