Guest Guest_Chris Report post Posted 11/05/2003 03:25 PM I'm looking at purchasing Voice Guide and was looking at the feature comparison between the Pro and Enterprise versions. There are two items on the list that I need clairification on. Subscripts: What are these? Enterprise has them and Pro doesn't. Modifiable Voicemail: What sort of voicemail features are missing in the Pro version? I've tried the evaluation version and now I'm wondering what functionality will disappear if I buy the Pro version. Thanks Share this post Link to post
Guest Guest_Chris Report post Posted 11/05/2003 03:39 PM Ok. I discovered what subscripts were. I won't be needing that fuctionality. Still curious as to what voicemail functionality isn't there in the Pro version. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/05/2003 11:46 PM Voicemail is exactly the same - you just can't modify the Voicemail system in the Pro version - whereas in the Enterprise you can change the Voicemail system scripts (see VoiceGuide's \system\vm\ subdirectory) Share this post Link to post

Guest Guest_Chris Report post Posted 11/06/2003 03:53 AM Oh, ok. I can change my personal greetings as per usual. I just can't tinker with the actually scripting process for the voicemail subsystems. Thanks for the clarification. For those out there, subscripts is where you can call a module that exists in another script. Ie one .vgs file makes reference to another. Share this post Link to post
