Newbe With D4ipci

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I'm trying to make very basic things:

- Make an outgoing call and detect the remote anwser using a d/41 PCI.

These data:

-ring frequ =440 hz (1500ms up and 3500ms down) *

- disonnect tone 440 hz(500ms up and 500ms down)

I can detect the end of the call without problem. But the connect event alway fires before the remote user answer the call.

- In TSP where do I have to put my rining tone * in, I support in the call parameter pannel ?

- Do I have to check or unchek 'Perfect Call'

- What's the value I have to put in the minimun LCOFF ?

- do I need to set the ringback tone to 700 ?

Thanks for you help !

Which version of Dialoigc's System Release Drivers are you using?

Which version of VoiceGuide is installed? Was the "Dialogic - Analog" option selected when installing?

- Do I have to check or unchek 'Perfect Call'

Doesn't matter. VoiceGuide sets this explicitly regardless of what this setting is.

- What's the value I have to put in the minimun LCOFF ?

DEfault setting is fine...

- do I need to set the ringback tone to 700 ?

for your system this should be higher then 350 (say 450 or higher). Having this value too low may be the cause of early "Call connected" events.

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures an outgoing call, this will allow us to see what is going wrong.

(When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.)

Thankq you guys, have succedded. In fact I had bas paramater in my TSP pannels.

A Last question: to be able to do:

- Outgoing calla

- Incomming call

- remote pick up detection

- DTMF detection..

today I use D/41 PCI. Do you thing that with a simple Dialogic/ 4 (cheap on ebay)I will be able to do these feature or the D/41 PCI is more appropriate ?

Thaks again !
