Vg Registration Error

i'm getting the registration dialogbox at runtime, though VG is already registered on the PC and until i cancel it, the incoming call is not being picked up

Which version of VoiceGuide are you using and in who's name/company was the registration issued?

I'm using VG v4.5.4

 

The registrattion details are as follows:

 

Name - Ravi Agarwala

Company - OP/PEN Image Labs India Pvt. Ltd

That's a pretty old version and I'm not too sure what could be going wrong there - please download and install this (newer) version (uninstalling previous version first):

 

ftp://ftp.katalina.com.au/VgTapi_4.8.45.exe

 

Your registration code will still work with this newer version

 

(if you have lost the registration code end email to support@katalinatech.com and we will re-send it to you)

but, are there any issues of v4.5.4 on Win 2K??

Looks like there may be if you are experiencing the sort of problems you describe...

Plz update to 4.8.45 and we can then help with determining what could be causing the problem.

What is the Unique ID generated by VoiceGuide on this system? I'll email you a new registration code.
