DashFFWD Report post Posted 12/06/2011 09:24 AM Hi Support Team we have an IVR that doing outbound calls and I accidentally, did not allow users to input correct dtmf tones which were input 6 and 7, forcing all the users who wanted to continue with the survey to enter a dtmf between 1 and 5 is there a log that voice guide outputs that i can see not just the last dtmf input but all the inputs given on a specific getnumber modules for example i have a get number module, Q1, the user inputs 7 they get an invalid response, and then they enter 1 nad continue with the script is is possible to see both inputs for Q1, the 7 and the 1 in a log. SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/06/2011 09:53 AM You would need to extract this from the vgEngine trace log. The vgEngine trace log shows (amongst many other things) all the DTMF events and which module the script was in when that DTMF event arrived. Share this post Link to post
