Multiple Dialogic Cards

I need to use 8 lines for dialing out. Each one of my cards have 4 ports.. Is there anyway to use both? I have both installed on the same computer, but I cannot get voice guide to recognize the second board.

You may just need to modify the Config.xml file to tell VoiceGuide to open the ports 5 to 8.

 

There are some sample Config.xml files in VoiceGuide's \conf\ subdirectory, and you can use these as a guide when modifying your Config.xml file.

 

If you still have problems please post your Config.xml file and the ktTel trace file capturing the system startup. We can then modify the Config.xml file for you.
