Get the list of the modules that a caller visited and all the information stored in the call log, and load it into a database. I don't want to have to add a module to each module I already have in the call script so that I record the current script and info to the database. I want to know if there is a variable like $RV[Current Call Path History] or something that shows what they did during that call without having to read the .vgl file directly. SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/14/2003 12:42 AM You can retrieve the information which will eventually be saved in the log file by using the RvGet_All() or RvGet_AllXml() COM functions. The information returned will be the same as what's stored in the log file... it will contain what modules were visited and what the caller did at each of the modules they visited.
