Vg Keeps Crashing

VG keeps crashing with the following error in the evenbt log

 

 

Faulting application vgivrservice.exe, version 7.0.9.0, stamp 4ac1e56d, faulting module msvcr90.dll, version 9.0.30729.1, stamp 488ef6c5, debug? 0, fault address 0x000518a8.

 

 

Any ideas on what may be causing this

v7.0.9 is a fairly old version.

 

Can you please update system to latest version of VoiceGuide ( available from Downloads page: http://www.voiceguide.com/vgDownload.htm ).

You may also need to update the Dialogic drivers to the version intended for use with the latest VoiceGuide.
