Dialing Times

Hello support Team,

 

I wanted to make outgoing calls. I have setup the time dialing time to start immedialtly, but the call seems to be queued.

 

Could you please help me finding what's wrong.

 

In attachement a screen copy showind

 

- VoiceGuide dialing times

- My system Date/time

- OutdialQue DB.

PS: how can I specify for example that I want no call before 02:00 PM

or no call after 10:00 AM ?

We can see that on your "Do not Call Before" and "Do not Call After" selection boxes the AM/PM is not displayed... I don't know why it's not displaying but as the AM/PM is not displaying its a bit hard to figure out if the given time is AM or PM and when you look into the database you can see that the value of 8pm was loaded - not 8am as I'm sure you intended...

 

We have created a version of the Telephone Number Loader which is using 24 hour time. Please update your installation with attached .EXE and try starting the dialing again.

 

The Telephone Number Loader which is using 24 hour times will be part of the v5.1.4 release onwards.

The attached version of Telephone Number Loader is using 24 hour time, ie: "5:00 PM" will appear as "17:00"
