Guest enadhazeem Report post Posted 01/11/2012 09:16 AM I just installed VG v. 6.03.3391. I am using the default configuration files. My users are mostly calling in from cellular phones. When they press a digit, say, 5, I noticed that the system detects "55" very rapidly. Any idea how to solve this. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/11/2012 09:47 AM Sometimes these issues arrive on poor quality connection, eg. mobile, voip In VoiceGuide v7 it is possible to set Dialogic's 'debounce' time in the ConfigLine.xml file, which should reduce the incidence of false double keypress detections. DXCH_DTMFDEB DTMF debounce time. Increase the value for less sensitivity to DTMF. If using VoiceGuide v6 then you would need to set this in the Dialogic drivers configuration files. You would need to consult the documentation that came with Dialogic drivers on information how to do this. Share this post Link to post
