Guest DiegoBellini Report post Posted 01/17/2012 02:29 PM I have a 4 line IVR server with a Dialogic card installed as 3 years ago and now I only run the lines number 2 and number 4. SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/17/2012 08:29 PM To find out whether its the lines that are not working or whether it's the ports on the Dialogic card that are faulty you can try exchanging the working and non-working telephone lines. If the same ports are not working then looks like the Dialogic card has the problem, otherwise it's the telephone lines that are faulty. Share this post Link to post
