Transfer Calls

I can make transfers of calls to a numbers that are out of the PBX of the 4 telephone lines connecting the IVR?

I should indicate that the number to call + the extension.

How I specify that information in the transfer calls module?

Are you able to make such transfers yourself manually?

 

If yes, then just specify in the transfer module the same sequence of codes/numbers that you press manually.
