bobjdixon Report post Posted 11/17/2003 02:00 PM I've recently rebuilt my voiceguide machine leaving the same NIC in for the unique key. I've installed a dialogic D41/ESC whereas before I used an external modem. I have an 1 line enterprise with dialer license. I first installed VG 5 to look at any new features, uninstalled it and then installed VG4.9 Now when VG starts up it tells me that I don't have a license to access this feature and then exits rather than starting and enabling me to put in my existing license key. VG5 reinstalled is happy to run as the demo but I'm not convinced that I want to spend the $149 upgrade fee as yet and I'd just like 4.9 back for the time being. Where do I go from here? Guest Guest_bobjdixon Report post Posted 11/17/2003 02:18 PM Sorry, The exact message is "You do not have an approiate license key to use this functionality" I've droped my backed up userinfo.ini into the VoiceGuide directory. Ive installed VgTapi_4.9.0.exe. Is this the right version? It's so long ago since Idid the original install. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/17/2003 11:59 PM Please try deleting TAPIWRAP.OCX and SAPIWRAP.OCX from WinNT's \System32\ directory, and then try installing VG4.9 again... Share this post Link to post
