THE CALLER ID WORKED OK I INSTALLED VG 5.1.3011 AND CALLER ID NOLONGER WORKS USING ZOOM V.92 PCI 3025 Q2 IF I PURCHASE CAN I MOVE FROM 4.9 TO 5.1 AND 5.1 TO 4.9 Q3 ARE UPGRADES INCLUDED FOR 1st YEAR THANK YOU Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/18/2003 02:01 AM The way in which VoiceGuide receives Caller ID info from modem/card has not changed between 4.9 and 5.1 so I'm not too sure why it would not work, Could you please send us a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout from v5.1 which captures an incoming call, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.) If you purchase now we can supply both v4.9 and v5.1 registration keys if you wish. Point upgrades within the same major version are free and any versions which fix bugs in the version that you have purchased are free. Share this post Link to post
