Do you have sufficient RAM in system to run Microsoft's .NET ?Please start a new topic indicating what type of system you are using (CPU/RAM/Windows version etc.) and if anything else is running on this system at the same time, and we can then better answer any questions on this. A module transition should take very little time (a few milliseconds at most). When you look at the Task Manager on this system what is the CPU usage when the calls are being handled by the system? Is there any anti-virus software installed on this system? Can you post the vgEngine trace capturing the call and indicate in what module title you noticed any slower then expected execution?
