Ottawabbb Report post Posted 04/03/2012 07:49 PM We have been using VoiceGuide in our office since before I started working here, 9 years ago. The guys that set it up are no longer working here. We have 4 analogue lines. But the traffic is slower, so we decided to get rid of 1 line. How do I go about removing the 4th line? (This line will now be dedicated as a regular office line with voicemail - I made arrangements with Bell back in September 2011). Can anyone make sense of this? Thanks. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/03/2012 11:54 PM You can just unplug the line from the VoiceGuide system. Removing lines from system will not affect the handling of calls coming in on the lines that remain plugged into the card. Share this post Link to post
