Its is common advice for anyone ordering online not to deal with companies that do not provide these bare minimum details ... yet you expect a purchaser to give you their credit card details online without any knowledge of where this information is going to or who is going to supply the product. Details above will make it quite easy to find the phone number as well, but plz don’t call that number for support... plz post your questions in this forum...
