iTime Report post Posted 04/09/2012 08:22 PM Hello support team, I know VoiceGuide linceses are tied to the telephony card that was used to purchase the licenses, but if I need to replace the mother board of my IVR server (because it is defective), but retaining the same telephony card, would this be a problem? I am not sure if VoiceGuide only checks the Serical Number from the telephony card or that from the server's original mother board as well. Thanks for you advice in advance! SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/09/2012 09:45 PM Changing system or motherboards would not be an issue if the license is linked to Dialogic card. If license is linked to Dialogic card then you can move the Dialogic card from system to system and the Waveguide license will work on whatever system that card is placed in.
