Guest Michael Rizk Report post Posted 11/25/2003 08:44 AM When using the D4PCI-Euro I find that it hangs up as soon as the call is connected. The weird thing is that it may work 10 times in a row no problem then suddenly it stops working no matter how many further calls are made. If I stop VG and restart, it stills does not work. If I close/open VG and also restart the Dialogic service then it may work a few more times and stop. VG is only used to dial out with a real simple script. I have also tried different phone lines. Any ideas ? SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/25/2003 10:50 AM The trace shows that 20 seconds after dialing the Dialogic card reported that it has heard a busy tone on the line... If this is happening at the same time as the person answering the phone says 'hello' then this is probably caused by the 'Disconnect' tones not being set properly in the Dialogic TSP... Guest Michael Rizk Report post Posted 11/25/2003 11:55 PM I checked out the link provided and cannot find a screen similar to this anywhere. The closest I found was using the PBXexpert that came with the dialogic card. So what I tried was pluging 2 phone lines into the D4PCI and ran the wizard which calls line 2 from line 1. When finished this created me a tone set file which I then configured the D4PCI to use. What gets me is that the dial tone and busy for Freq 1 and Freq 2 are the same. I would of assumed that this would be different. By the way is this the same configuration place as the link you posted on the previous post ? Dialogic TSP (Telephony Service Provider) can be accessed using: Win98/NT: Open Control Panel’s Telephony applet, select the Telephony Drivers tab, select the Dialogic Service Provider and the press Configure. Win2000/XP: Open Control Panel’s “Phone and Modem Options” applet, select the Advanced tab, select the Dialogic Service Provider and then click Configure. The busy tones is usually a single frequency. When specifying frequencies in TSP you can just leave freq2 to be 0. Share this post Link to post
