Guest donamenband Report post Posted 06/04/2012 06:19 PM Dear voiceguide staff, It seems that changes made to voiceguide scripts via the script editor do not take effect until I "stop" and then "start" the voiceguide service with the tray icon. This is a royal pain when developing and editing IVR scripts. Am I missing something, or is that really the way it is? Thank you Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/04/2012 09:25 PM The new versions of scripts are used as soon as the script is saved in the Script Designer. The new versions of scripts will be used on any new calls that arrive into the system. Any current calls on system will continue to use the version of the script that was current at the time the call arrived at the system. Share this post Link to post
