SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/26/2012 10:31 AM Have you tried using this: <CallerId>none</CallerId> this should stop the CallerID field form being set. Alternatively would setting the Caller ID number to another number be suitable? That way you can just hardwire the number to be a another know number if you do not want to relay the callers original number on the transferred call. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/14/2012 07:52 AM If the <CallerId>none</CallerId> option is used then VoiceGuide will not send out any CallerID on outgoing call. You can confirm this by using ISDIAG to trace the ISDN message sent when outgoing call is placed. It looks like the Telco that has supplied these E1 ISDN trunks is setting the CallerID on the call when forwarding the calls. You should speak with Telco that has supplied these E1 ISDN trunks and ask them that they do not set the CallerID on the outgoing calls if the CallerID was not set when you placed the call Share this post Link to post
