Guest DiegoBellini Report post Posted 07/11/2012 10:21 PM I'm trying to build an outbound calling with integration to ERP software that is already installed in a company. I see that VG has some programs to configure the parameters necessary for correct calls as the "Telephone number loader" or "Outbound call v.7.xxxx loader." My ERP software already does all this setup in preparation of calls, but does not do the same. Is there any way the outbound caller from VG read the parameters specified in other software.
