It usually means that number is disconnected/unreachable. OutDial_Uncontactable_Busy (Whats busy is it picking up a busy ringtone?) Busy tone was played by Telco after dialing this number. c) OutDial_Uncontactable_Timeout (Whats time out, how long is the time out, is it time out with on human response or no answer) This usually means that no tones or speech was heard on the line after making the call. d) OutDial_Rejected_1118165737.txt (What calls are considered rejected) We would need to see the ktTel and vgEngine traces to see was the cause. The entry in that file should have been written into file OutDial_Rejected.txt, but for some raason that file could not be opened for writing (may have been opened by another software) so the entry was logged into alternative file. e) OutDial_Uncontactable_Error.
