Second Pri Channels Blocked

After upgrading system from 30 up to 50 licenses new 20 (31-50) channels are blocked.

I'm using DIALOGIC D/600 JCT-2E1 card.

 

How to solve this problem?

From trace it looks like channels 31-50 are all opened on the second E1 trunk (dtiB2).

 

Have you confirmed that that second E1 trunk is working?

how to test channels starting 31 channel?

description suggest only 1-30 (isdiag 1 1 e s v)

what to use to confirm that second channel working? Witch option in isdiag menu?

Running isdiag.exe with no parameters will bring up the documentation. There is an option there to select the 'board number', and the channel on the 'board'.

 

First T1/E1 is board 1, second T1/E1 is board 2, etc.

You're right. second PRI trunk was not right configured.
