Can you direct me to any explicit help file...

online help is NO HELP makes only reference to some function

once the app is installed

I click voiceguide.exe then what ??????????

 

are there step by step help how to proceed and test each functunality

where are the screen shots / pdf files btw search on this site is terrible maybe try something on the open source market

are there any tutor files are there other more productive formus i need to look at

Which version of VoiceGuide are you truing to install?

 

Will you be using VoiceGuide with Dialogic cards?

 

Have you looked at the installation guides in section "2. System Configuration" of the VoiceGuide Online Help ?

yes i looked at "2. System Configuration" of the VoiceGuide Online Help ?" no help there

 

more familiar with NCH IVM but their latest version is going the wrong way

 

anyway they have a scrip "several" you can load and volla you have a working demo

kinda k.i.s.s. "keep it simple stupid" for people that do not want to read your ABOUT box

 

how about an cloud based online working demo I do not even know what your app is to look like in a working enviroment could be chinese for all I know

 

now on the other hand for advanced usage and questions your forum is excellent.

 

i have the VG running sees my lines etc but what to do next its a wonder no one in here

has written a comprehensive starter tutor its very cumbersome to ask questions when you do not know what question to ask first

Sounds like you have it installed and ready to answers calls.

Have you tried dialing into to the system and seeing if calls get answered?

 

The default script is the credit card demo script.

 

You can edit that script or create your own and then edit VoiceGuide's Config.xml file to have VoiceGuide use your script when answering calls.

 

Note that with evaluation version of software you will need to restart VoiceGuide after one hour.

 

 

btw. The Dialogic drivers for use with VoiceGuide v7 can be downloaded from our Downloads page.
