Transfer Module Playing Not Connecting

I created new module to prepare call to transfer and results follow to transfer call script.

With old preparing script transfer script working properly-connecting, but with new don't.

With old script Transfer Call module playing MoH but not transferring.

I attached log file (changed in excel to extract needed logs) (first column is order column)

 

 

Any tips to extract one connection logs from log file to send You to analyze?

Could you please upload the ktTel excerpt that covers the time from 08:35:00 till 08:40:00
