SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/27/2012 02:59 AM On VoIP systems a "REFER" type transfer will be made when the "Blind Hookflash" transfer option is selected in the transfer module. Have you tried doing a "Dial and Conference" type transfer instead of the "Hookflash" transfer? Share this post Link to post
