Recording A Telephone Conversation

Dear Sir,

 

I have downloaded your software for evaluation and read in your forum that you can record a telephone conversation in 2 files, one for each caller.

 

Could you let me know how to do it given that:

(1) I have a D/41JCT-LS card

(2) I am running windows 2000

(3) The Telstra 3-way conference works for me.

 

I would appreciate if you could send an example script. I would like to use your software for the automatic recording of telephone conversations here at the university as part of a research project.

You will need to have two separate scripts running on each line - then bridge calls together using the COM function Bridge_Connect. After executing that function run the Record module in each of the scripts - each recording will then contain one side of the conversation...
