We are trying to using the script properties on our main script to call another script when it ends. The end script has a module that just make a paging. SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/02/2003 11:29 PM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. I think I saw the problem.... the log says that to purchase the VG dialer add-on in order to enable this feature. My colleague has recently purchased VoiceGuide and it includes the dialer. I managed to get the new reg. code and after re-reg. the problem is still the same Attached is the 2nd call log file. Our licence displayed Verson 5.1.3305 Enterprise, VG Dialer, 4 line license I've already check the box under "Menu > View > Line Device Config" to allow voiceguide to dialout on this line Problem: The 2nd paging vgs didnt run as configured under my main vgs "script properties > script to run when call is finished" The full path to 2nd vgs is placed there. FYI: My main vgs ends with a goodbye sound file message and hangup the call. My 2nd vgs is just a Send pager message. Any suggestion? call2.txt Share this post Link to post
