Call Transfer

Hi,

I've a question...

When I'm using the "PBX Blind Transfer" or "PBX Announced Transfer" what's happen

if the called number is busy?

 

I'm not able to manage this "path"...

In the announced transfer the call acceptance will time out and the caller will be alerted after some time (30 seconds) that the transfer has failed (script will go down fail path).

 

Blind transfer is just that - a transfer is made and VG hangs up.

So, what I must do to be sure that a call transfer as been made succesfully

if to the called number answers a fax?

If transferring to a fax machine and the fax machine is busy that is just like calling the fax machine that is busy... just use a blind transfer - if the fax machine is busy then the sending fax will retry sending a few minutes later...
