Vg Fails To Complete Blind Transfer

Below is the trace for the call.

 

VG is calling the second number to make the transfer; the phone at that station rings is picked up by me; but then VG seems to be taking the call back with a flash. The original caller hears the line ringing again and VG starts all over again like it is a new call. The transfer seems to get aborted because VG seems to be flashing the call back instead of just hanging up.

 

How do I get VG to simply hangup instead of flashing the line?

Please disregard this post until I get back to you.

 

I have tried to forward a call manually and I am getting the same problem. At this point the problem seems to be with Verizon not VG.

 

I'll let you know what the problem was as I am talking to Verizon about it now.
