Announced Transfer And Busy Signal

I am trying to set an announced transfer, but if the line is busy, when the line goes to the fail mode (which I have set to 10 seconds instead of the default 30 seconds), the user hears the message I am using for the path, but they also hear the busy signal from the phone number I have called. I have a Dialogic D/4pci card and am using Voice Guide 4.9. Is this problem something I can solve with a setting in my dialogic card, the voice guide or is it a problem with my telco transfer?

This sounds like a problem with the telco/PBX transfer..

 

Caller should only be able to hear one destination at a time - otherwise it's a "3-way-conference" - which sounds like is what's happening on your system...
