Please try emailing again. Registration related questions should really be sent to sales@voiceguide.com One common reason for registration not working with v5 and v6 of VoiceGuide is that the Dialogic service has not been fully started before starting VoiceGuide. With v5 and v6 you need to ensure the Dialogic service is fully started before starting VoiceGuide.
