Is there a "release notes" listing available for the changes from point release to point release? I've recently installed 5.1.3, and don't seem to be having problems, but should I upgrade to 5.1.4? I'd find it helpful to see a list of the changes in the releases, and a recommendation on whether or not current users need to upgrade (or, what are the conditions that are fixed by the latest release).
