In this case caller have to hear prompt with rules of using personal data and then Agent continuing call. I attached script. working but I don't hear Play 111 prompt. SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/12/2012 08:39 PM Attached script shows that you are transferring call to the agent, and after transfer starting the 2-channel call record to record the caller-agent conversation. After the 2-channel call recording is started you are then trying to play some further prompts to caller - and looks like you would like this played prompt included in the recording of the caller-agent call.
