Hong Kong User Willing Build A 24 Port Ivr

Hi! This is Kent from Hong Kong. I'm going to purchase 2 D/120JCT and VG Professional(24 lines) to build an IVR system for my company use. I got some questions:

 

1) Anyone can share your success case for me located in Hong Kong?

2) Can I install 2 D/120JCT in a single system?...

3) How should I purchase the license if I want to build a 12 ports IVR system first? Can I just add 1 more D/120JCT and 12 more licenses at an existing VG IVR system?

Yes. The two cards will need to be connected together using a CT-Bus cable as well - so you will need to order the CT-Bus cable when ordering the two cards.

 

3) How should I purchase the license if I want to build a 12 ports IVR system first?

You can buy 12 ports now and 12 ports later. You should use VoiceGuide v7.

 

Can I just add 1 more D/120JCT and 12 more licenses at an existing VG IVR system?

Yes.
