SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/10/2003 11:52 PM We have tested the VoiceGuide+ComISDN with AVM's and Eicon's cards. Sounds like there is some incompatibility between ComISDN and D-Link's implementation of CAPI that's causing problems here.. Could you please send us a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. To capture a trace to VoiceGuide's \log\ subdirectory please modify VG.INI's LogToFile entry in [TraceLog] section to be: [TraceLog] LogToFile=1 Then start VG again and a log file will be created. SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/11/2003 10:43 AM Trace shows that the call is answered OK, and yes it looks like after the commend is issued to ComISDN to play a file then nothing happens... Have you set the A-Law/u-Law encoding setting in ComISDN correct for your local area? Incorrect setting of these were previously leading to sound quality problems on other cards - maybe this could fix things on your setup.
