which type of licenses I need to acquire for software HMP (DIALOGIC SIP) inbound, outbound, recording, transfer, conference whit voiceguide (4 Agents)

The necessary HMP licenses are:

 

DMIPS10I30W - Call Control

 

DMIPS10R30W - RTP G.711

 

DMIPS10V30W - Voice

 

 

If you want to add G.729 you will also need:

 

DMIPS10E30W - Enhanced RTP
