SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/12/2003 11:43 PM When running VoiceGuide select View->Line Device Config. You will then be able to select on which line VG can make the outgoing calls on. This will allow you to specify which lines to use for outgoing calls, and which for other (incoming) calls. Share this post Link to post
health4us Report post Posted 12/13/2003 07:40 PM yes, i know this... as i said i want to specify which line a specific call or group of calls are made on.. Example .... I have 1000 calls to make. 500 -- Subject Questionaire (Really Important HIGH priority) 500 -- Subject Happy Xmas (Low Priority) I want lines 1,2,3 to deal with the 500 Questionaire calls I want line 4 only to deal with the 500 Happy Xmas calls as these are less important, Hope this makes more sense now??
