Can Not Record And Deliver Message

Dear Concern,

 

I am unable to record and deliver voice message, Iused. (Please find the attachment of modem settings, and VoiceGuideScreenShots)

 

Sample Scripts: Message Record & Deliverto Specified Number. ( Sample Script "Message Record & Deliver"

 

Application: VoiceGuide 5.2.5049 TAPI

 

Modem: way2call desktop USB lite modem, And modem driver versionis 2.01.16 (Please find the attachment of modem settings)

 

OS: Windows XP with SP3

 

Telephone line : 1. Bangladesh PSTN land line. 2. AndPanasonic KX-TDA600, KX-TDA620.

 

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

 

 

Looking for your advice.

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Trace which captures the system startup and the calls made, this will allow us to see what happened.

 

Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below:

 

[Log]

VoiceGuide=10

NumberLoader=0

VoicemailManager=0

EmailSender=0

TapiWrapOcx=10

SapiWrapOcx=0

 

Then restart system and make the calls which demonstrates the problem.

 

Debug Trace files are created in VG's \log\ subdirectory.

 

Please post the traces.

 

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.

If you are using these scripts:

then please add this path to the RecDeliveryMsg module:

 

on {silence} goto [Deliver Message]

 

Right now if the recording finishes due to silence the script stops as there is no silence path to move script to the Deliver Message module.
