bailsson Report post Posted 12/15/2003 06:03 AM I see Intel have now released new XP drivers for the Dialogic cards. 12/11 I recently purchased a D/4PCI directly from you, the drivers supplied on the disk you sent with the card, were corrupt and I ended up having to spend a substantial amount of time downloading the requisite drivers from Intel. Given that Intel only deal directly with dealers, will you be making the current version of the drivers available to your clients in Australia? Many Thanks Michael Bails Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/15/2003 07:02 AM Some Dialogic Driver CDs which were sent out with some Dialogic cards did have problems. I must stress that these problem CDs came from Intel/Dialogic. (even though they did not look very official) We have now started to provide a copy of the drivers on CDs that we have burned ourselves (as well as still providing the Intel ones), and so far we have not had any reports of problems with those. Which new set of drivers are you referring to, the "SR5.1.1 FP1" drivers or some other? Share this post Link to post
bailsson Report post Posted 12/17/2003 04:23 AM The version of the driver I'm referring to is Intel® Dialogic® System Release 5.1.1 Feature Pack 1 for Windows* [sR511.ZIP] (331891KB) dated 12/11/2003 which can be found at: http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scripts-df...al&submit=Go%21 To my understanding this is a different version that which was available earlier in November which downloaded as SR511FP1_FULL.ZIP - perhaps I am wrong? SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/17/2003 09:39 PM After speaking with Intel we have confirmed that we can supply SR 5.1.1 Feature Pack 1 (FP1) - proper full release, not just a trial version - to customers who have purchased Dialogic cards from us. I'll arrange for a CD to be posted to you. Share this post Link to post
