Upgrade Advice

Hello, I'm a little unsure where to go from here. Once I upgrade to a 4 line copy of voiceguide, what do i need in order to support those multiple lines so someone can call our single 800 number and have access to all of them via some sort of pool of open lines? Is this something I should be asking my phone company?

Yes, you need to tell your phone company to direct the 1800 calls across the set of lines that you want the calls to arrive on...
