What Do I Need

I would like to have a system that:

a) Greets the incoming call.

prompts the caller for an extension

c) connects to extension

d) allow the caller to record a voice mail message

 

It will have one phone line coming in, two coming out.

 

What do I need to do this?

Will the transfers be just 'hookflash transfers', or will you want to make a call on another line and connect the two lines together?

 

If hookflash transfers then the Professional version of VG will be OK, If you want to use "Dial-And-Conference" then you will need Pro+Dialer license.

 

As you are doing call transfers you should use a Dialogic card (eg: D/4PCI)
