I am now using voiceguide for 3 years or so, now i baught a dialogic card for first time and Dialogic sucks on installation and getting voiceguide to work with it is again around the clock. SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/21/2003 01:17 AM The errors seen in the traces shuggest that the Dialogic wave drivers were just not set up correctly... The standard 'next step' is to try removing all the wave drives on your system (including any sound card drivers) and then re-installing the wave drivers for your telephony device first. (To remove other wave drivers got to Control Panel, double clock on System, select the Device Manager tab and go to Sound/Video/Game Controllers entry - then delete all other wave drivers.)
