No Sounds When Using Dialogic Card

Hi,

 

I baught my Dialogic card, i configured it right, i used the correct wav file format for the Dialogic D/21D card, and get no sounds when playing a 8bit 8kb u-law soundfile

I also whant to say that when using the Dialogic Samples the card works fine, but with the Talker i dont get also sound out off the card when running a wav file, this in different formats :-(

I think i go to use back my voice modems again.

I am now using voiceguide for 3 years or so, now i baught a dialogic card for first time and Dialogic sucks on installation and getting voiceguide to work with it is again around the clock.

I am now losing 2 days on this topic.

The errors seen in the traces shuggest that the Dialogic wave drivers were just not set up correctly...

 

The standard 'next step' is to try removing all the wave drives on your system (including any sound card drivers) and then re-installing the wave drivers for your telephony device first.

(To remove other wave drivers got to Control Panel, double clock on System, select the Device Manager tab and go to Sound/Video/Game Controllers entry - then delete all other wave drivers.)
